Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Baltra Island
You'll land at Baltra Airport where Galapagos Path staff meet you and arrange a shared bus to the ferry terminal. After crossing Itabaca Channel to Santa Cruz, you'll head up into the highlands to check out Los Gemelos, a pair of massive sinkholes formed by collapsed lava tubes. From there, you'll visit a giant tortoise reserve and walk through more lava tunnels. Grab a hot lunch while watching the tortoises move around, then head to your hotel to settle in for the evening.

- Day 2
North Seymour Island Day Tour
After a 40-minute bus ride to Itabaca Channel, you'll board a yacht heading to North Seymour Island for roughly two hours of trekking. You'll spot magnificent frigate birds, blue-footed boobies, land iguanas, sea lions, and marine iguanas throughout the island. Then it's over to Mosquera islet to watch sea lions and how they interact with each other. Before heading back to Puerto Ayora around 5 pm, you'll get time in the water snorkeling, which usually wraps up your day nicely.

- Day 3
Floreana or Pinzon Island Day Tour
Today you'll choose one of two different day tours. If you pick Floreana, you'll see Enderby islet, Pirates Caves with its green sand beach, a volcano viewpoint, snorkeling opportunities with sea lions and rays, plus Cormorant Point where pink flamingos hang out. The other option takes you to Pinzon Island, where you'll visit No Name Rock to see wildlife, Penguin Bay for snorkeling with sea lions and sharks, and finish at pristine beaches like Palmita or La Fe. Either way, fishing practice gets worked in during the day.

- Day 4
Departure from Santa Cruz
After breakfast, your Galapagos Path tour leader arranges private transportation through the Santa Cruz highlands, heading toward Itabaca Channel and then on to Baltra Airport. Your 4-day, 3-night Galapagos birding and sharks journey wraps up as you depart, with the tour leader helping coordinate everything for your flight home.
