- Janna· May 20th, 2024One of the most interesting places I have been to. Our guide and driver were excellent. We learned so much about the area history and environment from our guide, Andres. He provided many good recommendations on which museums, restaurants, and other places to visit as options on the tour. We were very pleased with his recommendations and help. If I did the tour again, I might splurge on the pricier hotel room package. The basic package was a really good hotel though, very clean and good breakfast but directly across from hostels and lacking amenities like a full restaurant, lounge, etc. However, there is a chinese restaurant across the street that was delicious.Show more

They said the tours were good as well. The 4 stars come as a result of communication with the tour operator. Responses were not provided in a timely manner, which means I could not relay information to my clients in a timely manner.Show more

Asked on December 23rd, 2024Big question - about toilet facilities on board the ferry/boat. Are they useable during the 2 hours plus crossings? Otherwise, I would need to fly.
BM ToursOperator•Written December 2024The transfer from Santa Cruz to San Cristobal takes 2 hours. This service is in fast boats, which do have a basic bathroom.

Asked on February 9th, 2024How does airport pickup work in Baltra? Do you pick us up directly or do we need to go to a stand? Which airport will we be dropped off at after the tour? Will return transport also match our flight times? What are the cancellation conditions for the tour?

When you arrive at Baltra airport, a guide will be waiting for you with a sign with your name and will take you to the bus for your transfer. Note that bus cost is $5 per person. The route is: airport to Itabaca channel, ferry to other side of island, then car to hotel.

Asked on March 16th, 2023Can you complete what happens at the end of days 3 and 4. The write-up does not say how we get back to the hotel or any other information that is helpful.

Both of those days end with you back in your hotel, all of the meals are included so it sometimes also depends on the category of your choosing and were the restaurant for dinner or lunch is - but our tour guides will let you know the way back to your hotel in case the first stop is the restaurant.
