Itinerary
- Day 1
Ho Chi Minh City
You'll arrive in Ho Chi Minh City and head straight to your hotel to drop off luggage and get settled. Take some time to relax after travel and get your bearings before the trip really kicks off tomorrow morning.


- Day 2
Mekong Delta
Starting around 8:00 AM, you're heading out to the Mekong Delta for a boat cruise along the river. You'll stop at local workplaces and a village, then walk through the coconut plantations to see how people actually live in the Delta. Lunch comes at a local restaurant, and then you'll head back to Ho Chi Minh City by evening.

- Day 3
Ho Chi Minh City to Hoi An
After breakfast, the morning is free to do whatever you want around the city. Your driver picks you up later to take you to Da Nang airport. You'll catch a flight to Da Nang, and from there it's a transfer to your hotel in Hoi An, which should put you there in the late afternoon.

Hoi An
This morning after breakfast, you'll visit a local family to learn how to make traditional Hoi An lanterns from scratch. Later you head to Cam Thanh coconut village for a basket boat ride through the coconut forest, where local fishermen will show you how they work and live. Various activities fill the rest of the day before you return to your hotel.

Hoi An
After breakfast, the day is yours to do as you please. You can walk around Hoi An's old town at your own pace, check out shops and cafes, or head down to the beaches to relax and swim if that sounds better.

Hoi An to Hue
Following breakfast, your driver picks you up and makes the drive to Hue, which takes about 3 hours. You'll settle into your new hotel by early afternoon and have time to explore or rest before dinner.

Hue to Hanoi
This is a full day of exploring Hue's historical side. You'll visit the Imperial Citadel to learn about Vietnamese royal architecture and culture, then check out the royal tombs from the Nguyen Dynasty (1802-1945) and an old pagoda to understand Vietnam's feudal history. After that, you head to the airport for your flight to Hanoi.

Hanoi
After breakfast, your tour guide meets you and you'll spend the day hitting major Hanoi landmarks. The itinerary includes Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Temple of Literature, a pagoda, and a museum that covers Vietnam's history from ancient times up to today.

- Day 9
Hanoi to Ninh Binh and Trang An
You're driving to Ninh Binh, Vietnam's capital back in the 10th century. Once there, you'll visit Hoa Lu with its 2 temples dedicated to King Dinh and King Le from the Dai Co Viet Kingdom (968-1009). Lunch happens at a local restaurant, then you take a boat through Trang An grottoes, which has 31 valleys and 50 caves surrounded by forested mountains. The scenery is great, and you'll get back to Hanoi by evening.

- Day 10
Hanoi to Ha Long Bay
After breakfast, you're driving 3 hours to Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with thousands of islands and caves dotting the water. You'll board your cruise ship, have lunch while sailing, and spend the afternoon doing activities like sightseeing, kayaking, swimming, and exploring caves depending on what the cruise offers. You'll sleep on the ship overnight.

Hanoi Departure
