Everything ran smoothly and the communication with the Vietnam tour operator was impeccable, a big thank you to Manh at Vietnam tours who kept us updated with the itinerary and nothing was too much trouble, even when our luggage didn't arrive he liaised with the airport to find out when it would arrive. I would give this company 10 out of 10 for their customer service and value for money. I definitely would book with Tour Radar again, but Vietnam tours made it extra special and they truly wanted us to have a good holiday. We visited the most smazing places, Ho Chi Minh, Hanoi, Sapa, Mekong delta and Hoi An. We were able to personalise our tour with a few extra days in Hoi An. The local tour guides were very knowledgeable and we found out a kot about their lives and the history. Bery easy to arrange. We first booked this 12-day south to north tour through TourRadar but we got to have him change our itenerary quite a bit. We found this type of tour was exactly what we needed. We got to make your own itenerary, travel ourselves, and meet other tourists on each tour while hotels, transportation, and day tours are all taken care of.
