Gail· October 6th, 2023Probably the worst tour I have ever been on. Started with guide not meeting us in Rome even when our friend showed him the itinerary. Off in Sorrento greeted by someone who said we had to hurry and I would have to wait 20 minutes to use the washroom. I peed my pants. Everything hurried in Pompei, not the hotel we were to have. Waited 1 hour for your bus to take us to the boats then another hour to wait for the boat. After Capri touring we waited again for 75 minutes for boat to come back to get us. Would never deal with your company again. !!!!!!!Show more

No assistance at Rome - guide told us he was not our guide then we had to figure it out. Tour guide for pompei ride and rushed us through with older people who were not allowed to go to the washroom because he was running late!! Shuttle to capri tour 1 hr 25 late. We were on a max of 8 tour with 11-20 people! Our boat to capri was also an hour late and they stood us in the sun against a stone wall. There were 3 80 year olds put with us who didn’t know where to go so we brought them with us. One was hit by a car and almost fell if my friend wouldn’t have been hanging onto her. Boat tour was beautiful and fun. Grottos to swim amazing. I think a tour on boat is the way to see amalfi coast. The last straw was the terrible woman guide on Capri who was just shuffling us around from place to place in n the sun and taking money for transport and tours and left us behind.
