Itinerary

Bangkok
You'll arrive at Bangkok airport and get transferred to your hotel. After checking in and getting settled, the rest of the day is yours to use however you'd like. Some people prefer to stay at the hotel and relax, while others head out to get a feel for the city right away. It's really up to you and how you're feeling after your travel.

- Day 2
Bangkok
Grab breakfast to start, then head to the Grand Royal Palace and Wat Phra Kaew to see the Emerald Buddha. From there, walk through Wat Pho for the giant reclining Buddha, then check out Wat Traimit and its Golden Buddha statue. After lunch, you'll take a long tail boat excursion on the Chao Phraya River and through the interior canals, stopping at Wat Arun temple. By evening you're back at the hotel with free time to rest and recharge.

Bangkok
Head out early to the Maeklong railway market southwest of Bangkok where you can photograph the scene and try local snacks. Continue to Damnoen Saduak for a motorboat trip through the floating market. You'll have time for your own lunch, and on the way back to Bangkok, stop at Patom Organic Village (only open Saturdays and Sundays) to learn about traditional Thai organic living and try hands-on workshops if that interests you.

Bangkok to Departure
