Itinerary

Rafting near Mount Olympus
You'll start your morning heading to the Pineios River in Thessaly, where the rafting adventure begins near Mount Olympus. After getting outfitted and a quick safety briefing, you'll paddle through calm waters surrounded by ancient plane trees that are over 100 years old. Keep your eyes open for herons, flamingos, and other bird species you'll spot along the way. The whole rafting portion takes a few hours, and the pace is easy so it works well for families with kids as young as 7 all the way up to people in their 80s. By the end of the day, you'll pull ashore for a picnic to relax and take in the riverside setting. Total time for the activity is around 5 hours from start to finish.
