Itinerary
- Day 1AtlantaYour Georgia adventure begins in Atlanta with a welcome meeting at 6 pm. If you're arriving early, there's time to check out the Atlanta History Center or Martin Luther King Jr National Historic Site before then. Your leader can point you toward good local spots for dinner once you've connected with the group. Optional Activities- Visit Atlanta History Center (33 acres of historic houses, gardens and award-winning exhibitions)

- Day 2Atlanta to SavannahHead out early for Savannah and meet up with a guide for a tour of Bonaventure Cemetery, known for its Southern gothic architecture and beautiful grounds. From there, you'll walk through the antebellum mansions and colonial buildings surrounded by those towering oak trees Savannah's famous for. By evening, there's the option to join a ghost tour or try one of the lively bars around town. Included Activities- Bonaventure Cemetery guided tour

- Day 3SavannahTake the morning at a relaxed pace, then join an 11 am three-hour walking food tour that ties together Savannah's history with its culinary scene. You'll stop at places like a pub, an award-winning honey store, and a traditional British pie shop featuring recipes from Savannah's earliest settlers. After the tour, the afternoon is yours to explore however you like. Included Activities- Walking food tour with historical and culinary focus
 
- Day 4Savannah to CharlestonDrive to Charleston and connect with a guide for a Black History tour that covers the city's complex past through comfortable vehicle stops at historic landmarks. Once that wraps up, the afternoon is free for you to wander around on your own, or you can book an optional food tour to dig deeper into Southern flavours. - Day 5Charleston to AshevilleThe morning in Charleston is all yours, so consider a walk through the historic district or a visit to Fort Sumter National Monument. Later you'll head through the Blue Ridge Mountains to Asheville, a town known for exceptional breweries and barbecue. Your leader will give you a guided walking tour of the downtown galleries and artist studios, then recommend some boutique brew houses for dinner. - Day 6AshevilleStart with an easy morning before heading to Biltmore House and Garden, America's largest home from the Gilded Age. Spend time touring the opulent mansion and grab lunch with wine at the on-site winery if you like. The afternoon is yours, so you can either keep exploring the property or head back into town. There's an optional dinner with the group in the evening. Included Activities- Biltmore House and Garden tour

- Day 7Asheville to NashvilleLeave Asheville for Nashville with a stop at a local whiskey distillery to tour and taste award-winning Tennessee whiskey named after the first known African American master distiller. Join the group for lunch at a nearby restaurant, then continue on to Nashville, the country music capital. An orientation walk with your leader happens upon arrival, and the evening is free to hunt down true Nashville hot chicken for dinner. - Meals

- Day 8NashvilleNashville is yours to explore freely. Think about visiting the Nashville murals, the Goo Goo candy store, or the Johnny Cash Museum. At 6 pm there's a meeting to welcome any new travellers joining this stage. After that, your leader takes you on a walking tour of the city, followed by an optional welcome dinner with the group. - Day 9NashvilleAfter breakfast, head into the city's music history at the Country Music Hall of Fame, recognizable by its piano-shaped building and loaded with memorabilia like Elvis' gold Cadillac. Next is Studio B, where Dolly Parton, Willie Nelson, Roy Orbison and Elvis Presley all recorded. A professional sound engineer will guide your own recording session so you can create the Nashville sound. The free afternoon is open for murals, the Goo Goo candy store, or the Johnny Cash Museum. - Meals

- Day 10Nashville to MemphisHead to Memphis, a city steeped in musical history and legends. First on the agenda is the Stax Museum of American Soul Music at the original Stax Records location in downtown Memphis, where you'll learn about the Memphis sound and artists like Otis Redding and Isaac Hayes. You'll even get to dance on their dance floor to Stax tracks. The rest of the day is open for exploring, and a visit to Beale Street's traditional blues clubs is pretty essential. Later you'll rejoin the group for dinner and live music. - Meals

- Day 11MemphisAfter breakfast, your leader takes you on an orientation walk through downtown Memphis with a stop at the National Civil Rights Museum at the Lorraine Motel. There's time to look around and take photos, and the museum tour is optional if you want to go deeper. Then you'll head to Graceland, Elvis's former home and final resting place, which feels like stepping back into the 1970s with its glamorous and kitschy style, including green shag-carpet ceilings and yellow vinyl walls. - Meals

- Day 12Memphis to New OrleansDrive from Memphis to New Orleans, arriving in the afternoon. Jazz is woven throughout the city's history and it's still thriving. Your leader will guide you through an orientation around The Big Easy once you arrive. Try one of the famous beignets while you're at it. The evening is free for further exploration with your leader's recommendations on where to eat and find live music. Included Activities- Leader-led orientation of New Orleans
 
- Day 13New OrleansStart with a leisurely breakfast and spend the morning exploring New Orleans at your own pace. For lunch, head to a local cooking school to discover Creole and Cajun cuisine. You'll watch a demonstration of a beloved regional dish, then get hands-on preparing it yourself and enjoying it with the group. The rest of the day is free, so check out a jazz club on Frenchman Street, join the energy on Bourbon Street, or tour the iconic St. Louis Cemetery. - Meals

- Day 14New OrleansHead out for a jazz brunch at The Court of Two Sisters, which has a gorgeous outdoor courtyard where you can enjoy brunch specialities while live jazz plays in the background, a perfect ending to your music trail. The trip wraps up after brunch with no other activities scheduled. - Meals
