Arrival in Prague
You'll arrive at Prague airport and get transferred to your hotel in the historic centre. This evening there's a Welcome Reception where you'll meet your Tour Director and the other travellers on the trip.

Prague
Start by checking out Prague's Old Town, which is on the World Heritage list. You'll visit Prague Castle from the 9th century, walk across Charles Bridge, and see Old Market Square. The afternoon is free to wander on your own. If you're interested, there's an optional traditional Czech folklore dinner and show in the evening.

Prague
Take the day at your own pace to explore Prague further. Head to the Jewish Quarter to learn about its rich history and connections to writer Franz Kafka. Walk through the cobbled back streets and try local Czech drinks like Kofola or Czech beer while you're there.

Prague to Budapest
After breakfast, you'll leave Prague and take a coach to Budapest. Once there, you'll board your Travelmarvel River Ship and attend a Welcome Reception this evening to meet fellow travellers.

Budapest
You'll disembark and explore Budapest with a local guide who'll show you the city's most important sights. Later, head back to the ship for a Gala Welcome Dinner while the ship cruises through the night.

Bratislava
In Slovakia's capital, you'll take a guided walking tour through Bratislava's charming Old Town. Walk the picturesque streets and visit St. Martin's Cathedral, Primatial Palace, Main Square, and Michael's Gate along the way.

Vienna
Start with a drive around Vienna's famous Ringstrasse to see the iconic buildings. Then you'll take a walking tour of the city centre visiting St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Graben, and Hofburg Palace. By afternoon, head to Naschmarkt to browse the stalls. There's an optional Mozart and Strauss Concert available in the evening.

Dürnstein and Melk
The ship takes you to Dürnstein where you'll walk through cobbled streets and see townhouses and taverns below hilltop castle ruins (where King Richard the Lionheart was held in the 12th century). An optional wine tasting is available. Later, cruise through the Wachau Valley to Melk and tour Melk Abbey, an active Benedictine monastery since 1089.

You have choices today. Join an optional tour to Český Krumlov in the Czech Republic to see its 300+ historical buildings, visit Salzburg including Mondsee and the famous Wedding Church from 'The Sound of Music', or take leisure time in Linz instead.

Passau
Take a guided walking tour of Passau exploring the historic cobblestone lanes of the Altstadt. If you're interested, there's an optional tour to Aldersbach brewery (founded in 1268) with a brewery tour, locally brewed beer tastings, regional food, and live music in Oktoberfest spirit.

Munich
You'll take a guided tour of Munich, regarded as Germany's most beautiful city. See the famous Glockenspiel on the Town Hall and explore the historic city centre with its iconic Frauenkirche. The afternoon is free to relax or continue exploring on your own. A special dinner is included this evening.

Munich
This is a leisurely day in Munich. There's an optional full-day tour to visit Neuschwanstein and Linderhof castles. Linderhof is a French rococo-style castle inspired by Versailles, while Neuschwanstein is a fairy-tale castle perched on a cliff in the Bavarian Alps that inspired Disney's Sleeping Beauty Castle.
