Whitehorse
You'll touch down in Whitehorse after your flight from a major Canadian city, and your guide will be waiting at the airport for the transfer to your historic hotel. After settling in, take some time to walk through downtown on your own. Then join everyone for a welcome dinner to kick things off.

Yukon River - Miles Canyon - Southern Lakes
The morning starts with a half-day canoe paddle on the Yukon River with local guides, tracing routes from the Gold Rush era while taking in the mountain landscape. Back on land in the afternoon, you'll cross the Miles Canyon suspension bridge on foot, then drive out to the remote Southern Lakes region where you'll stay in a private cabin for the next couple nights.

Southern Lakes
This day is yours to use as you like around the lake. The 7km of trails around the property are there if you want to hike, or rent a canoe or kayak to get out on the water. There's also a guided ATV tour available. The resort has a sauna and lodge with dining if you'd rather take it easy by the private dock.

Landmarks Southern Lakes - Day 4
Carcross - Haines Junction - Kluane National Park
You'll start in the historic town of Carcross, checking out Bennett Beach, the Carcross desert, and the White Pass rail station. From there, drive west on Highway 1 toward Haines Junction and into Kluane National Park. Visit a re-created First Nations village and have lunch with Indigenous guides featuring bannock and tea. Later, explore the Da Kų Culture Centre and Kluane Visitor Centre to learn about the ecosystem, mountain ranges, and wildlife.

- Day 5
Kluane National Park
A scenic flight departs from Haines Junction, taking you over mountain peaks, glaciers, and icefields with views of Mt. Logan (weather permitting). After landing, spend the rest of the day in Kluane National Park with light hiking if you're interested and a picnic lunch at Kathleen Lake. The evening wraps up with dinner by the campfire.

Whitehorse to Dawson City
Fly back to Whitehorse in the morning, then catch a one-hour flight to Dawson City, the historic heart of the Klondike Gold Rush. A transfer takes you to a cozy, family-run inn right in town. The evening is free, so you can explore and find dinner at a place that appeals to you.

- Day 7
Dawson City
A local guide takes you through Dawson City's Gold Rush history and into the Gold Fields, sharing stories about the original prospectors and how modern mining works. You'll visit Discovery Claim and Dredge No.4, a Parks Canada National Historic Site, then head up to Midnight Dome for views over the city and where the Yukon and Klondike Rivers meet. After lunch and some free time to check out shops and museums, dinner is on your own, with an optional evening show at Diamond Tooth Gertie's Casino & Cabaret if that interests you.

Tombstone Territorial Park
An all-day trip takes you along the Dempster Highway to Tombstone Territorial Park, 2,200 square kilometers of rugged wilderness with sub-arctic tundra and peaks. You'll have chances to spot grizzly bears, black bears, Dall sheep, moose, caribou, and various birds. Lunch is at the campground, and there are viewpoints and light trails to explore before heading back to Dawson City for dinner with the group.

Dawson City to Whitehorse
The morning is free in Dawson City with optional Parks Canada walking tours of historic buildings and the S.S. Keno sternwheeler if you want to go. A mid-day flight brings you back to Whitehorse. In the afternoon, you can choose between soaking at Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs or visiting the Yukon Wildlife Preserve to see regional wildlife. The day ends with a farewell dinner in Whitehorse.
