You'll be picked up at Santiago airport and taken to your hotel. If you arrive with time to spare, Parque Forestal is right near your accommodation and worth a walk through. At 6 pm there's a welcome meeting, then you'll head out for dinner with your leader and group to try some authentic Chilean food.

Santiago
A local guide takes you through Santiago starting in the artistic Lastarria district. You'll walk up to Santa Lucía Hill for views over the city, pass by La Moneda Palace, and check out Plaza de Armas in the cultural center. From there you move through Parque Forestal and the bohemian Bellavista neighborhood before stopping for lunch at a well-known local spot. The afternoon and evening are yours to do what you want.

Santiago to Valparaiso
Your morning in Santiago is free, so consider checking out Mercado Central, the city's famous fish market. After that you'll drive toward Valparaiso with a wine tasting stop in Casablanca Valley. You'll visit a vineyard focused on sustainable and organic grapes, then continue to Valparaiso and check into a historic hotel from 1885 in the UNESCO World Heritage area. The evening wraps up with a pisco introduction on the rooftop while you take in the views.

- Day 4
Valparaiso
Walking with a local guide through Valparaiso, you'll navigate the colorful hills of Cerro Concepción and Cerro Alegre with their vibrant houses, narrow cobbled streets, galleries, restaurants and shops. You'll visit the Museum of Fine Arts housed in a beautiful art nouveau building. The evening is free to wander around or try a restaurant known for inventing chorrillana, the famous Chilean dish of fries topped with beef, eggs and fried onions.

Valparaiso to Mendoza
You'll leave Valparaiso and head back to Santiago to catch a flight to Mendoza. The flight crosses the Andes, and if conditions are right you might see Mount Aconcagua, the Americas' highest peak. In Mendoza, a desert city made green by irrigation, your local leader shows you around the tree-lined Parque San Martín and Plaza España, plus the busy Peatonal Sarmiento street. Dinner with your group at a local restaurant ends the day.

Mendoza
Today focuses on Mendoza's wine region. You'll tour and taste at three different wineries, each with their own approach. A local wine expert talks you through grape varieties and production methods while you sample award-winning bottles with the Andes as your backdrop. Lunch is a multi-course gourmet meal at one of the wineries with wine pairings included. The evening is yours, and you might try pairing wines with an Argentine asado if you're interested.

Mendoza to Buenos Aires
After flying from Mendoza to Buenos Aires, you'll settle into your hotel near the beach. Your leader then takes you on an orientation walk to show you the city and explain its history. The rest of the day is open. You could head to the white sands of Copacabana and Ipanema beaches to see local life, or go to Lapa for live music and dancing.

- Day 8
Buenos Aires
With a private guide and transportation, you'll explore San Isidro and Tigre in Buenos Aires' northern suburbs. There's a local artisan market to check out and the Paseo Victorica, a tree-lined promenade with European architecture. Then you board a private boat to navigate the Paraná Delta, the world's third largest, where you'll learn how local islanders have built their unique community. You'll stop on an island for a homemade lunch with regional flavors and can swim, kayak or just relax before returning. The evening is free.

This is a free day to explore Buenos Aires on your own terms. Maybe try a rooftop bar for cocktails and views. At 6 pm you'll have another welcome meeting to meet a new local leader and additional group members. After the meeting, you'll head to a traditional asado feast with a local host who'll talk about Argentina while you eat beef empanadas, choripán, bruschetta with blood sausage, ribeye steak and local wine.

Buenos Aires
Your day in Buenos Aires starts with a local guide showing you through La Boca, where colorful buildings line the streets and the neighborhood has that distinctive character you'll recognize from photos. From there, you'll head to Plaza de Mayo to see the Pink House, which sits at the heart of the city's political history. The tour continues through some of the older neighborhoods that give Buenos Aires its European feel, then takes you to Teatro Colon, the opera house that's been around since the late 1800s. You'll also stop at Floralis Generica, the giant metal flower sculpture that opens and closes with the sun. After that you get free time in the afternoon to do your own thing, grab lunch, or rest up. By evening, you'll head to a tango show where dinner comes with the performance—three courses plus wine, so it's a full experience watching dancers while you eat.

Buenos Aires to Puerto Iguazu
You'll transfer to the airport and fly to Puerto Iguazú. For the next two days you'll explore Iguazu Falls from both sides. Today you'll see the Brazilian side, which gives you those sweeping panoramic views. With over 2 km of length made up of 275 waterfalls, Iguazu is taller than Niagara and covers a wider area than Victoria Falls.

- Day 12
Puerto Iguazu
An early start gets you to the Argentine side of Iguazu Falls where boardwalks bring you right up to incredible viewing points. This side offers a more intimate feel with the cascades. If you want something more thrilling, there's the option of a Zodiac boat ride beneath the waterfalls. In the afternoon you'll visit a Guarani community, one of the few remaining original inhabitants of the region. You'll learn about native tools and how the Guarani have kept their traditions alive at the edge of this famous attraction. Back at your hotel you have a relaxed evening.

Puerto Iguazu to Rio de Janeiro

You could head to the white sands of Copacabana and Ipanema beaches to see how locals spend their time, or go to Lapa to join in some dancing.

- Day 14
Rio de Janeiro
Your leader takes you through Rio's sights and sounds on a full day tour. You'll head up Corcovado Mountain for expansive views from the base of Christ the Redeemer, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Next comes the creative neighborhood of Santa Teresa and the famous Selaron Steps showing Chilean artist Jorge Selaron's work. After a lunch break in a restored 1907 home, you visit iconic Sugarloaf Mountain for more views. The name comes from its resemblance to a traditional sugar cone popular in the Caribbean and Brazil until the late 1800s. After the tour you can relax, hit the beach or continue exploring. The evening is free, and maybe you'll grab a final dinner with your group and celebrate a great adventure.
