To enter Chile, you must obtain a visa before arrival. The application process can be lengthy, so we recommend allowing yourself plenty of time before your planned travel. We suggest applying for the E-Visa via the official portal. It's true that the Chilean visa process can be more rigorous than those of other countries, particularly when applying from outside your country of citizenship.
