You'll check in at London Euston Station and board the 09:02 train heading through England toward North Wales. The journey takes 3 hours and 40 minutes, passing through countryside and coastal scenery before reaching Holyhead. Once there, a bus takes you to the Irish Ferries Ulysses, a cruise ferry where you'll spend the next 3 hours and 15 minutes crossing the Irish Sea. The ship has restaurants, bars, a cinema, and deck space to walk around. You arrive in Dublin at 17:25 and head to your city centre hotel to settle in for the night.

You can hop off whenever something catches your interest and reboard the next bus, so the pace is entirely up to you.

You'll see the Harland and Wolfe Cranes in Belfast, stop at Carnlough fishing village, pass through small coastal towns with mountain and Scottish views, and photograph Dunluce Castle. Overall, we have mixed feelings about the trip. The scenery was gorgeous, the accommodations were excellent - but some of the organization and communication were definitely lacking. The biggest issue was the lack of communication about transport from/to the ferry port. On the way out, they were unprepared for our group, and on the way back, they did not leave sufficient time to reach the ferry.
