Itinerary
- Day 1
Kilimanjaro to Moshi
A driver picks you up at Kilimanjaro International Airport and takes you to Moshi town, where you'll check in at Tulivu Kilimanjaro Retreat. Your guide will go over what to expect from the safari adventures ahead, and then you can settle in for the evening.

Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, you'll head to Arusha Town to grab any last-minute supplies before the safari kicks off. From there, it's on to Tarangire National Park for a wildlife drive and picnic lunch. The park has a big elephant population along with baobab trees, and you might catch sight of the annual migration when thousands of elephants, wildebeest, and zebras move through.

Lake Manyara National Park
Following breakfast, the drive takes you to Lake Manyara National Park, which sits at the foot of the Great Rift Valley's Western escarpment. A shallow soda lake covers about two-thirds of the park and attracts large numbers of flamingos thanks to the algae in the water. You'll see elephant herds and possibly tree-climbing lions while you're there.

Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you head toward Serengeti National Park by way of Karatu's high-altitude farms and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The route descends from the highlands into the open grasslands, bringing you to Seronera in the park's central section, where the Seronera River attracts all kinds of wildlife. Lunch happens when you arrive, then an afternoon wildlife drive follows before the night at Serengeti Serena Lodge.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
The day starts with a wildlife drive through Serengeti, and later you head to Ngorongoro Crater with a stop at Olduvai Gorge on the way. If you're interested in history and Masai culture, this archaeological site offers a worthwhile detour. Dinner and overnight stay at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha
You'll start before dawn for a 2,000 ft descent by 4WD vehicle to the crater floor to watch wildlife. The volcanic crater floor has grazing areas, wetlands, woodland, and water sources that support diverse animal populations. After exploring, the drive takes you to Arusha to set up your next arrangements.
