- RSRachel· October 16th, 2025For quite some time I wanted to visit Sardinia and was glad to find options through Tourradar. My overall opinion is mixed. The hotels were good, especially in Cagliari and Alghero, though the location in Cagliari was poor, far from tourist areas. Several people had to depart on the last day before the breakfast room was opened and whoever wanted to get a breakfast box had to pay 20 Euros. The lunches were very good, especially the second and it was obvious that the owner there made a great effort and enjoyed seeing visitors liking her food. We visited interesting places, but I find the guidance rudimentary: the 3-hour walking tour in Cagliari lasted less than 2 hours, and everywhere the explanations were very superficial. It seems that this wasn't due to lack of knowledge of the tour guide but the overall plan of the tour. The tour guide was very friendly and took good care of participants. The driver was also very good. I was disappointed that my original tour was cancelled by the tour operator, Carrani Tours, and I couldn't cancel or rebook my original flights. I doubt if I'll choose or recommend Carrani.Show moreTrip date: September 2025
John· October 5th, 2025All hotels were very good and well positioned with the exception of Cagliari hotel Una T which was located a long way from the restaurants and city centre. The transfers were excellent and the tour guide and driver were very good and pleasant. Structure of the first two days could be improved and the information on what was to happen was outdated so was not consistent with the actual itinerary we were handed when we arrived. However having said that the actual tour was very good. Loved the hotel and experience in PalauShow more

Show moreTrip date: September 2025- LJLynda· June 21st, 2025THE worst tour I have ever experienced. Poor organisation - daily program changed. Fill in guide dreadful .. 3 hr walking tour on first day was less than 1.25hrs. Afternoon free.. very little history given throughout tour. Not one archeological museum visited. No time to swim in Med. Very slow pace.. maybe suitable for very elderly or disabled people. The 3 lunches included not necessary .. food similar each time. Main guide ordinary .. knowledge of Sardinia appeared limited.. we had to prompt with questions re. economy, education, housing, refugee status ect.Show more
