- Day 1 Arrive in Kathmandu airport and transfer to hotel. (1400m.)
- Day 2 Drive to Syange (1,130m) via Besishahar (7,60m) - 8 hours.
- Day 3 Trek to Dharapani (1,860m) 5-6 hours.
- Day 4 Trek to Chame (2650m) 5-6 hours.
- Day 5 Trek to Pisang (3,300m) 5-6 hours.
- Day 6 Trek to Manang (3,500m) 6-7 hours.
- Day 7 Rest day at Manang.
- Day 8 Trek to Yak Kharka (4,050m) 4-5 hours.
- Day 9 Trek to Thorang Phedi (4,500m) 3-4 hours.
- Day 10 Crossing Thorong La Pass (5,416m) then trek to Muktinath (3400m) 8-9 hours.
- Day 11 Drive from Muktinath to Tatopani (1,300m) 5-6 hours.
- Day 12 Trek to Ghorepani (2,870m) 7-8 hours.
- Day 13 Early morning hike to Poon Hill (3,210m) & then trek to Nayapul (1,000m) and Drive to Pokhara (850m) 7-8 hours trek
