Itinerary
- Day 1
Ho Chi Minh City
You'll arrive at Tan Son Nhat International Airport and head to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City's center. It's a straightforward transfer to get settled in for your first night.

- Day 2
Ho Chi Minh City to Mekong Delta
Leave early morning by minivan for the Mekong Delta. You'll check out Qui Tortoise Islet, walk through a local fruit garden sampling tropical fruits while folk music plays, then visit a bee house to see pythons. Lunch happens in the orchard. After that, you'll cruise through Bao Dinh Canal to Ben Tre and explore the agricultural model there with a coconut candy shop visit. A rowing boat trip takes you through water coconut canals, followed by biking around the island before heading back to Ho Chi Minh City by late afternoon.

Ho Chi Minh City to Da Nang
You've got the morning free to do what you like. In the afternoon, you'll take a tour to Cu Chi Tunnels and see the extensive network from the Vietnam War, including the living areas, kitchens, weapons factories and hospitals. Late afternoon you'll transfer to the airport, fly to Da Nang, then head to Hoi An for the night.

Hoi An
Walk through Hoi An Ancient Town on foot, taking in its mix of Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese culture. You'll stop at Hoi An Market, the museum, ancient houses with their distinctive architecture, Chinese Assembly Halls, Art Craft Manufacturing and the Japanese Covered Bridge. The afternoon is yours to relax and wander around independently.

- Day 5
Hoi An
Bike through the countryside around Hoi An to explore local food culture. You'll ride to a restaurant for Cao Lau, then pedal to Tra Que Village where a local family teaches you to make traditional white rose dumpling cakes. Next, head to Cam Nam for Yin and Yang foods like Banh Dap and Che Bap. Later in the afternoon you'll visit My Son Sanctuary, a UNESCO site with temples from the ancient Champa Kingdom dating back to the 3rd century.

The day is completely open for you to explore Hoi An on your own or join an optional tour if you prefer. Later you'll transfer to Da Nang for an overnight stay.

Da Nang to Hanoi
Have breakfast at the hotel, then head to Da Nang airport for your flight to Hanoi. Once you arrive, you'll transfer to your hotel and check in, with lunch after that. The afternoon includes a city tour visiting the Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, But Tower, Dai Nghien and The Huc Bridge. You'll finish with a cyclo ride through the Old Quarter and 36 Meandering Streets to see local life up close.

- Day 8
Hanoi to Ha Long Bay
You'll get picked up from your Old Quarter hotel and travel to Ha Long Bay, passing through Red River Delta landscape. After checking in at Tuan Chau Marina, you'll board LE JOURNEY CRUISE, get a welcome drink and safety briefing. The cruise takes you through Ha Long Bay's limestone formations, then you'll visit Sung Sot Cave and explore Ti Top Island for swimming and views. Evening brings either happy hour or a cooking class on the sundeck, followed by dinner onboard with local food and activities like karaoke, squid fishing or bar drinks.
