Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Paro
Your flight arrives in Paro after traveling through the Himalayas. Once you land, someone will meet you and drive you to your hotel. You'll have the rest of the day to unwind and get settled in after the journey.

- Day 2
Paro to Thimphu
After breakfast, you'll head to Thimphu, the capital. The day involves walking through various spiritual and cultural spots around the city. You'll check out monasteries, museums, and get to Buddha Point where you can see the valley from up high. The King's Memorial Chorten is also on the list, so you'll spend time there reflecting on the architecture and significance.

- Day 3
Thimphu to Punakha
You're driving toward Punakha and stopping at Dochula Pass at 3,100 meters along the way. From there, you'll see the 108 Druk Wangyel Chortens and the mountains around them. Once you get to Punakha, you'll explore the dzong, then trek to Chimi Lhakhang, a temple known for fertility blessings. You'll walk through nearby villages and talk with locals to understand how they live.

- Day 4
Punakha to Jakar
You'll travel to Jakar and check into your hotel. After that, the afternoon and evening are completely yours. Some people like to rest from the drive, while others wander around and get a feel for the town on their own.

- Day 5
Jakar
This morning starts at Jakar Dzong, which is really impressive to see. Then you'll visit Jambey Lhakhang, one of the oldest temples in Bhutan, followed by Kurjey Lhakhang where there are sacred body prints of Guru Rinpoche on the rock. Lunch happens at a local restaurant where you can try traditional Bhutanese food. Later in the day, you'll walk through town, and after dinner you can continue exploring in the evening if you feel like it.

Jakar to Phobjikha
You're driving about 2 hours and 30 minutes to reach Phobjikha. Once there, you'll see Gangtey Gompa, the main monastery in the valley. The visitor center gives you information about what makes the area special, both its nature and its culture. After that, you'll take a walk through the valley itself to look for black-necked cranes, deer, monkeys, and takins.

- Day 7
Phobjikha to Paro
You'll drive back to Paro and get checked into your hotel. The rest of the day is free to do whatever you want, whether that's relaxing at the hotel, walking around, or just taking it easy after several days of activities.

Paro
Early in the day, you're heading out for the hike to Taktsang Monastery, or Tiger Nest as people call it. The walk takes around 2 hours and it's worth it for the views from the cliff where the temple sits. In the afternoon, you'll visit the National Museum at Ta Dzong, then check out Rinpung Dzong, Kichu Lhakhang, and Drukgyal Dzong. It's a full day of seeing major sites around Paro.

Departure from Paro
In the morning, you'll be picked up from your hotel and driven to Paro Airport. From there, you'll board your flight to head home or continue to your next stop.
