Asked on March 18th, 2024What happens if I want to book my own round trip flights as I want to redeem miles to save some money. If so, what time would I need to arrive and depart? Also, how do the meals work? Is there a per diem or limited menu options? I would be traveling solo so do not want to be alone for every excursion so unsure how that work. Is there any way to speak directly with someone as I know they will have many additional questions.
Across Caribbean Excursions Operator•Written March 2024You will receive a credit of $450 if you choose to book your flight tickets. You are welcome to arrive at any time on day 1 and depart at any time on day 2, but please note that the hotel only allows check-in starting at 2 pm and checkout before noon. Meals are included at the hotel, mostly in buffet style for travelers. There are various meal options available for you to choose from, with a limit on premium food and drinks at the resort. During the trip, we will be joining you with other travelers for various excursions. In the rare case where we do not have a group, we will inform you in advance, and you will have the option to participate in the tour or choose a refund for the excursion.

We offer round-trip international flights from Miami, and should you be traveling from another state, you will be granted a credit for the airfare as part of this package. we will arrange accommodations at Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort or a similar establishment in the event that the specified hotel is unavailable.

All of my group members are located in El Paso and have decided that they don't want the travel credit. Instead, they prefer that I synchronize their airfare bookings to the tour operator's flight plans from Miami to Aruba and back.
