Asked on September 15th, 2025Please can you tell me if it's possible to include scuba diving in the trip ? If yes, do you know at what cost ? It have a diving certification and would find it regrettable to go to Ningaloo reef without having some diving experience.

For Scuba Divers - there is definitely the opportunity to scuba dive in and around Exmouth (day 5), we recommend you contact a local dive center in the area and book directly with them, as we do not organise this on our end.

All our WA tour are including mix dorm accommodations - you will share the room with 4 to 10 other passengers from the tour. if you want to upgrade your Perth to Exmouth and return tour to a single room, you will need to contact the accommodations to check about availabilities.

Our West Coast tours are all shared, mix-gender dormitory rooms. For any passengers wishing to upgrade their accommodation, they would need to contact the hostels directly to enquire into the cost and also the availability. We do not offer this service at this time.

On our Perth to Exmouth, guests share hostel dorm rooms. For those wishing to upgrade to private rooms, this cannot be guaranteed but we can give travellers the list of locations so that they may get in touch with the hostels to enquire into whether it would be possible.

This trip is unfortunately not suitable for children due to the hostel style of accommodation (the tour group share dormitory rooms) and also the fact that there is some considerable hiking involved of 5-9kms a day over uneven terrain, often in high temperatures. Some hikes may require sections of walking/swimming through water.

The airport is approximately 20-30 minute drive from Barrack Street Jetty. There is also a train that goes from Perth station to the airport (approximately 40 mins, but subject to train times). We still recommend to book an extra night of accommodation in Perth, just in case of any delays, but if you do opt to depart the same day, we would recommend a late evening flight.
