Absolutely fantastic! Had the most amazing time exploring the wonders of Western Australia. Coral Bay and Exmouth were particularly memorable swimming with manta ray, whale sharks and humpback whales!! Our guide Beth was the best guide I ever had. Full of knowledge, a warm smile and always going the extra mile to make the long days feel very short. Would definitely recommend 😊

This tour includes a lot of driving. We were lucky that our tour guide, Gus, made the trip so memorable. Gus had a huge depth of knowledge about the places, animals and people we saw and stopped to show us animals we had asked about. It was a lovely, mixed age tour group and everyone made a big effort.

Amazing tour! We saw so many things, starting from Perth, to the Kalbarri National Park and the Pink Lake, the dolphins at Monkey Mia, Shell Beach, snorkeling with the mantas… The highlight was definitely our wonderful guide Danny, who was friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we all enjoyed our time and had fun! I can’t recommend him enough. The tour involves a lot of driving and the bus is quite small and can get warm due to the high temperatures, but the stops are worth it, and everything was perfectly timed by Danny to ensure we had regular bathroom breaks, opportunities to buy water and snacks, and enough time to explore and have a swim at the great beaches we stopped at. I highly recommend doing the snorkeling with mantas in Coral Bay: it is excluded from the price of the tour, but it’s absolutely worth it ($270pp). It’s a day trip (from 7am to 2:30pm) with lunch included, and we got to go snorkeling and see so much marine wildlife including turtles, sharks and mantas. Another highlight was the dolphin experience at Monkey Mia (included in the tour)! There are 2 options for the tour (shared/private accommodation): the shared one included hostels with mixed dorms of up to 10 people. They are often in the middle of nowhere and with few toilets, but we never had any issues and always had a great time (especially since most people on the tour are backpackers and are used to the hostel life). I had a wonderful time and absolutely recommend this tour!

I'm a 37-year-old traveler and I'm very interested in joining one of your Perth–Exmouth tours. I have a B2 level of English, so I can communicate, but I may make some funny mistakes along the way. Do you think it could be a problem? I'd like to know a bit more about the usual group profile: What is the average age of travelers on your tours? Do most people join the tour solo, or do they usually come already with friends/partners? I just want to make sure my profile would fit well with the rest of the group.

Could you provide the rate for a child no bed (10 years old) in a family group of 3 (2 adults and 1 child)? Are there any 3- or 4-star hotel options available besides backpackers? We don't have a separate child fare for this tour, it would be the same price as adults. The private rooms on this tour are in motel style accommodation. Maximum group size will be 23 passengers on this tour. The meals provided vary from day to day but they would be getting a standard continental breakfast (toast & cereal), wraps or sandwiches for lunch on the days where lunch is included and a variety of burgers, pasta, stirfry, curry etc for dinner on days that dinner is included. Passengers will need to fly into Perth the day before the tour starts as our last pickup option in the city will be at 7:45am and after this the bus will depart. There is no possibility of catching the bus after it has departed.

Is it possible to upgrade for better accommodations? Is it possible to do the whale shark and humpback tour? What operators do you have for the whale shark and humpback tours? Do you have a discount for staying at the hotel in Perth? Can my friend and I pay separately or should it be together if we are staying together?

We offer basic dorm accomadation, private twin/double rooms, and private single rooms. Whaleshark season is over by August but you will have the opportunity to book a Humpback Whale Tour and/or a Manta Ray tour. The operator we use for the Manta Ray tour is Coral Bay Ecotours and for the Megafauna we use Exmouth Dives and Whaleshark Ningaloo. We unfortunately do not have a discount we can offer for a hotel in Perth. You will be on the same departure as your friend if you book the same date but for the accomadation if you are booking a private twin or double room together you will need to be on the same booking.
