I have reached out multiple times to confirm it and every time they confirmed it until one day I received an email that they are canceling. Keep in mind that they also violated their own "terms and conditions" where they state that no changes will occur less than 45 days prior to departure, my tour was canceled less than 30 days prior to departure after I've already done all the planning (flights, hotels, etc) for this trip.Show moreTrip date: November 2024
