I had an emergency and they responded in the most timely way possible. Tour guides were excellent and very accommodating because I was on an independent tour. Very good guides a part from the one in Bukhara who didn’t know Italian at all. Very beautiful accommodations a part from the first day in Tashkent (very tiny room suitable for one person not for a couple) I usually don’t like to join a group and I prefer to organize the tour by myself. But in this case they were very useful. They booked for me hotels, trains, flight, guides and drivers. A very good experience.Show more
