Itinerary
- Day 1
Catania
You'll arrive in Catania and head to your hotel whenever you get in. The rest of the day is yours to do what you'd like, so take time to settle in, grab a bite, or explore the neighborhood at your own pace. Dinner is on your own tonight.

- Day 2
Catania to Syracuse to Noto to Ragusa
After breakfast, you'll travel to Syracuse to walk through the Archaeological Park of Neapolis, where you can see the Greek Theatre and the famous Ear of Dionysius carved into the rock. Next, you'll head to Ortigia island to check out the Cathedral and Arethusa's Fountain. Following lunch, you'll drive to Noto to see its Baroque architecture before continuing on to Ragusa for dinner and overnight.

Ragusa to Modica to Piazza Armerina to Agrigento
The morning takes you to Ragusa Ibla where you'll see the Baroque buildings, Cathedral, and walk through the historic Giardini Ibleo garden. Later you'll head to Modica for a chocolate tasting at Sabadì, then have lunch in the gardens of Orti di San Giorgio. In the afternoon, you'll visit Villa Romana del Casale to see the ancient mosaics before transferring to Agrigento for dinner and overnight.

Agrigento to Marsala to Palermo
Starting in Agrigento, you'll spend the morning at the Valley of the Temples with its impressive Doric temples spread across the hillside. Then you'll travel to Marsala to explore the town center and take a guided tour of the historic Florio wine cellars, which includes wine tasting and a light lunch. Before heading to Palermo, you'll see the Salt Road where traditional sea salt is still harvested.

After breakfast, you'll visit the Norman Cathedral of Monreale and walk through its Arab-Norman cloister with its beautiful columns and arches. Later in Palermo, you'll check out the Cathedral, Martorana Church, and Cappella Palatina, which show the city's mix of different cultures in their design. You'll have a typical lunch with local food, see the Teatro Massimo and Pretoria Square fountain. Dinner is on your own.

Palermo to Cefal\u00f9 to Catania
After breakfast, you'll travel to Cefalù, a medieval town on Sicily's northern coast. There you'll visit the Norman Cathedral and have time to either wander through the town or stop by the Mandralisca Museum if you're interested. After lunch at a local restaurant, you'll head to Catania to explore the UNESCO-listed Baroque center with its black lava stone streets, Cathedral, and the S. Benedict Monastery. By evening, you'll have a granita and brioche tasting before dinner on your own.

Catania to Mount Etna to Taormina
Starting early, you'll visit Catania's ancient fish market, then head to Mount Etna, Europe's highest volcano. You'll reach the Crateri Silvestri and take in panoramic views across Sicily, the Aeolian islands, and Calabria on clear days. You'll also taste local homemade honey and try typical products from the area. After that, you'll continue to Taormina for lunch and visit the Greek theatre, which sits with spectacular views overlooking the coast. Free time follows to walk through the medieval streets and browse local handicrafts before returning to Catania for dinner on your own.
