Arrival in Hanoi
Your private driver picks you up at the airport and takes you straight to your hotel in central Hanoi. After you check in, the rest of the day is yours to either walk around the city or kick back at the hotel and get settled.

Hanoi Old Quarter Street Food Tour
A guide meets you at your hotel or in Hanoi Old Quarter for a street food tour. You'll start with a quick lesson on Vietnamese greetings, then spend the day walking through alleys and corners of the city, stopping at local spots to try Bun cha, Pho, Bun oc, Banh cuon, spring rolls, dumplings, Vietnamese sandwiches, fresh beer, iced tea, and egg coffee. The tour wraps up near Hoan Kiem Lake or wherever is convenient for your return.

Hanoi to Halong Bay
You'll drive across the Red River Delta with its rice paddies toward Halong Bay, which takes several hours. Once you arrive, board a cruise to explore the limestone rocks and karst grottoes. After poking around the bay, you'll have a seafood lunch on the boat, then head to one of the famous limestone caves. Later there's time to relax on deck, join in on any activities the boat offers, or just take it easy for the evening.

Halong Bay to Hoi An
Start early with an optional Tai Chi session on deck or a regular breakfast if you'd rather sleep in. The boat stops at another limestone cave with stalactites and stalagmites before heading back to the main harbor. Your driver then takes you to the airport for your flight to Hoi An. After landing, you'll be transferred to your hotel to settle in and relax.

Hoi An Culinary Tour
A local guide takes you through Hoi An's streets to food stalls where you'll taste Banh Mi, Cao Lau, Com Ga, BBQ pork rolls in rice paper, Banh Bot Loc, and traditional eggs. Each stop tells part of the town's food story as you walk through charming streets in the evening light. You'll end the day with a satisfying meal as the sun starts to set.

Hoi An Rural Experience and Basket Boat Tour
You'll cycle out to Tra Que vegetable village to see how locals farm and live in the countryside. Your guide teaches you about rice paddies and gets you working with water buffalo and planting rice seedlings. Later you'll take a basket boat to meet fishermen along coconut-lined waterways and learn about the area's history. After returning to a local house for lunch, you cycle back to your hotel.

Cu Chi Tunnels and Street Food Evening Tour
After breakfast, you'll drive about 90 minutes to Cu Chi Tunnels. You'll watch a video about the tunnels, then explore the maze-like system including living quarters, kitchens, weapon factories, hospitals, and command centers. See traps and learn about wartime survival. Before heading back, you'll try tea and cassava. Later, a female Vespa driver picks you up for a street food evening tour. You'll stop for Vietnamese rice pancakes, spring rolls, banana sticky rice, and seafood before ending with avocado ice cream.

Mekong Delta Tour
After breakfast, your guide meets you and takes you toward My Tho in the Mekong Delta. You'll board a sampan to cruise around Dragon, Unicorn, Phoenix, and Tortoise islands, stopping to walk around Unicorn Island and see orchards and fruit plantations. A hand-rowed sampan takes you through Thoi Son canal where you can explore family workshops and a honey-bee farm. Following a traditional Vietnamese lunch, you can either cycle around Tan Thach village or relax in a hammock if you prefer.
