Planning Everything was taken care of and planned carefully in advanced and I had my ***day by day*** itinerary, with hotels and other information before the start of the tour. Others travelling similar routes with other tours or on their own seemed to have so many things to think about and price out and worry over and I...didn't. I've solo traveled for years and never felt the safety and confidence in my wonderful agent, amazing tour guides, drivers, hotel staff and the general experience of being ferried from place to place. If there was a problem, contingencies were already in place for any problems. For example, there was a rainy day and we simply switched days of our long hike. I am in awe of how safe and how much confidence I have in Realistic Asia. Tours & Accomodations Of the actual tours themselves, the guides were 100% of the time efficient, competent, helpful, and thoughtful. Also, I would always mention I was vegan at the beginning of the tour and it was absolutely never a problem or questioned and my food was always fabulous. The tours work like sub-tours so I was with a different group each day and the itinerary was almost always spot on. - MMark· February 21st, 2023This trip was advertised as a small group, for solo travellers. I was the ONLY solo traveller and placed on coach loads of daily trips with random couples/groups. The idea of booking as a solo was to form relationships with other solos who continued for the duration. They did admit the marketing team had worded it badly and would make changes, however, that's no good to me after they took £1,400 from me. I got to experience things on a local level, like cooking lunch with a local family and cycling in the countryside, trekking through the valley with breathtaking views.
