- SRSonu· March 3rd, 2025Our trip was absolutely wonderful. We booked last minute and our tour organizer, Seb was so kind and very helpful. Our visas were delayed due to the Vietnamese New Year and Seb went above and beyond to help us make sure we got them in time. The tour was very well organized and offered unique cultural experiences including a visit to green tea plantation and a Vietnamese cooking class. We also loved our visits to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh. Our guides in each country were knowledgeable and engaging. We had a mix of private and semiprivate tours throughout the trip. Our guide Jackie in Vietnam was very welcoming and answered any questions we had. Jackie proudly shared his love of Vietnam with us. We definitely plan on seeing more of Vietnam on a future trip. I absolutely loved visiting the Angkor Wat temples. Our guide and driver in Siam Reap was able to accommodate our request to visit a particular temple (Banteay Srei) even though it was not on the original itinerary. Highly recommend. The intricately detailed carvings, natural setting of the temple and its history are amazing. We upgraded to 4 star accommodations and the hotels were very clean, comfortable and in great locations in each country. Our hotel in Hanoi was in the heart of the Old Quarter and an absolute gem. Seb also followed up with us regularly to check in. Our transfers all went smoothly and we had no issues. The food included in the tour was great and accommodated dietary restrictions as well. The tour had a good mix of planned activities and leisure time. We saw and experienced a lot in a short time, but things didn’t feel rushed.
