It was a difficult place to go for a walk in search of dinner. Upon our complaint, the issue was solved and we stayed in a centrally located hotel, very well located, with an excellent restaurant, as well as the breakfast. As for the walk in the desert in Fayoun, it is not worth it. No dunes, no sandboarding, local restaurant almost closed. We only walked to see the artificial waterfalls overlooking the lake. As for the extras they offer, such as dinner on the Nile, or the light show at the pyramids, KNOW that you only pay for the transfer. The entrance fee is separate. If you book through another website it is more convenient for you. 8This is not clear in the offer of the optional, although later they tell you that the tour says that the entrance fees are extra). Asked on March 22nd, 2025Are you able to advise on a tour for a family which is looking for a mixture of activity and sightseeing? We have a 13- year old son and would like to design a 7-10 day trip in which we are not stuck on a boat for 4 days (maybe one or max two days instead)! We want to see the sights (Giza/Luxor/Aswan etc) but perhaps visit by car? We'd like to do things like an overnight camel safari, balloon ride, sandboarding, etc (we could do it alone, as a family, but ideally would travel with a group which has other kids of the same age).
