Kolkata
You'll arrive in Kolkata and head to the jetty for a noon boarding on Ganges Voyager. After settling in with lunch onboard, there's a tour of Dalhousie Square where you'll see heritage buildings like St. John's Church and the Victoria Memorial. The evening wraps up with dinner aboard the ship, where you'll stay overnight.

Kolkata to Bally
Following breakfast onboard, you'll visit the Flower Market to watch artists create garlands and ornaments for temples and weddings. Then head to Kumartuli, a traditional potters' quarter where you can see the sculpting work. After lunch back on the ship, you'll sail upstream, passing the Howrah Bridge and seeing colonial buildings along the Ganges all the way to Bally Bridge. Dinner and overnight stay on the ship.

Bally to Bandel
The ship sails upstream to Bandel while you have breakfast and lunch onboard. After eating, you'll visit the Hooghly Imambara, a significant Shia pilgrimage center with housing for pilgrims and classrooms. Evening brings dinner and another night aboard the ship.

Bandel to Kalna
You'll sail to Kalna with meals served onboard. Once there, e-rickshaws take you to the Rajbari temple complex. You'll explore the Nabakailas temple with its 108 eight-slope-roofed shrines honoring Lord Shiva, plus other temples featuring different architectural styles and terracotta plaques showing Hindu epics and daily life. Walking back to the ship takes you through the local vegetable market. Dinner and overnight on the ship.

Kalna to Nabadwip and Mayapur
Sailing to Nabadwip, you'll have breakfast and lunch onboard before arriving at this riverbank village known for handloom weaving of cotton saris and scarves. A country boat crosses the river to Mayapur, the headquarters of ISKCON. There you'll browse the pilgrim's bazaar, meet Krishna followers, and see the massive temple that rivals the Vatican in scale. Dinner and overnight stay on the ship.

Guptipara and Fulia
A short sail gets you to Guptipara. After breakfast, you'll explore the town's Vaishnav temples with their exceptional terracotta work, then visit a potter's home to watch artisans craft clay items. Back on the ship for lunch, then you'll sail to the opposite bank and check out Fulia, a weaving village specializing in jacquard and jamdani saree combinations. Dinner and overnight on the ship.

Landmarks/POIs Guptipara Fulia - Day 7
Chandernagore and Serampore to Kolkata
You'll have breakfast onboard and sail to Chandernagore, a former French colony. Walking the promenade, you'll see colonial buildings including the old French governor's residence now converted to a museum with colonial artifacts, and the Sacred Heart Church. After returning to the ship, you'll sail to Serampore. Following lunch, you'll walk through the old quarters to see the Danish Tavern, St. Olav's Church, and other Danish heritage sites. The ship then continues to Kolkata, arriving by evening. Dinner and overnight on the ship.
