    It was a wonderful trip and our guide Monica CALVI was excellent. Enthusiastic, informative, organised, punctual and cared for the people in our group. We also travelled with a bus full of Spanish speaking tourists. Their guide Anna always pushed her group first with no consideration to our group. At one stage Monica looked after one group in a joint activity, Anna left some of her group stranded and even sent one young girl off on her own- walking alone in an unknown city with no money and unable to speak Italian. A very dangerous situation. I would not recommend Anna, or wish to travel with her again.

    I am a vegetarian; will daily breakfast, 2 dinners and light lunch have vegetarian options for me? Also, are the following ALL included in the tour and price?: i) Day 2 & 7: 3 Hr local guide walking tour and canal boat tour in Milan ii) Day 3 : Bernie Express return ticket iii) Day 4 : Boat ride to Bellagio and Tremezzo and entrance fee to Villa Carlotta iv) Day 5 : Boat tour in Sirmione v) Day 6 : Tour of Verona and Franciacorta winery

    Could you please help? Why does the map include Venice on the 'Alpine Allure, Italian Lakes & Benina Express' tour? It is not mentioned in the Itinerary. Am concerned is the rest of the information correct?

For tours departing after October 1st, 2025, a minimum payment of $650 is required to confirm your booking with Omega Tours. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • Some departure dates and prices may vary and Omega Tours will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
