Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Santa Cruz
You'll get picked up at the airport and taken through the upper portion of Santa Cruz Island. The Charles Darwin Scientific Station is your first stop, where you can see the giant tortoise breeding programs and learn about what they're doing to protect these creatures. After that, your guide takes you to the hotel in Puerto Ayora where you'll be staying.

- Day 2
Snorkeling and Wildlife Exploration
Hotel pickup happens at 08:45 AM for a day focused on marine life and coastal spots. You'll snorkel at La Lobería with sea lions, then head to Punta Estrada to watch blue-footed boobies and seagulls. From there, Playa de los Perros shows you marine iguanas, and you'll also check out the Channel of Love and Shark Channel where blue sharks sometimes appear.

Tortuga Bay Beach
Tortuga Bay sits about 10 minutes from the port on Santa Cruz Island and that's where you're heading. The hike to reach it covers 2,500 meters along a path leading to a white sand beach. Once there, you can spot marine iguanas, beach crabs, brown pelicans, white tip reef sharks, and Galapagos tortoises. Swimming is allowed in the mangrove swamp area that's separated from the main beach.

Departure from Santa Cruz
After breakfast, the driver picks you up from your hotel lobby at a time that matches your flight schedule. You'll be transferred to the airport for your departure.
