- RYRobert· September 25th, 2025I booked the 14-day Italy in Style tour expecting a seamless, premium experience, but it was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Communication was vague, with no advance notice that optional tours required cash. Hotel quality was inconsistent, with one in Venice that had a barely working shower and another in Florence with no natural light. Despite traveling as part of a group of three, we were rarely placed near each other until after multiple complaints. Transportation was poorly managed — our bus even broke down in Rome, forcing us to take taxis, and we had three different buses over the trip. One driver was reckless and unsafe. Our guide, Miguel, was disorganized, dismissive, and unprofessional. He constantly changed the itinerary, discouraged or outright refused optional tours, and even misled us about Colosseum tickets that did not include underground access. His recommendations were so poor that we stopped relying on them, and at one point he made an inappropriate comment when I asked for change while paying. Overall, this trip fell far short of expectations and the premium experience that was promised. I would not recommend this company.Show moreTrip date: September 2025
Lilian· October 18th, 2024Had a good experience with the tour and covered a lot of the key attractions. The selected hotels were great and most were well located within the various cities. The tour director and bus driver we had for the length of the tour were very helpful and cheerful at all times. we had a rocky start with the welcome dinner as the venue and food were not great, but this was acknowledged by the tour director so feedback was passed on so that this would not be an issue for future groups. We did have a number of early starts which led to long days which was tiring towards the end of the trip so my suggestion would be for either additional time to be factored into the tour or shorter days scheduled. I would also suggest that more details be provided on optional activities (itinerary and cost) to allow for better planning.
