This tour was just wonderful. Italy is truly magical and while I’m sure the major cities in Italy are all beautiful, I am so, so glad that I went on this tour for my first trip to Italy because Sulmona, Vasto, and Conversano were just amazing to stay in. We had the opportunity to really experience the Italian culture in these small towns. The history, the architecture, and the food were all great, but the people who told us their stories and shared with us their lives made the trip an unforgettable one. Each town that we had the chance to visit was fascinating and helped us become aware of the beauty that is Abruzzo and Puglia.

Best Trip Ever. My family of 10 wanted to experience something other than the touristy parts of Italy and we found it with Italia Sweet Italia tour Culinary and Cultural Tour of Vasto. At the end of each day would say "This is the best day ever." Fabrizio and his family and friends are so warm and kind. They made us laugh and sing and just feel great. Fabrizio's passion for Abruzzo and Vasto is contagious as well as the joy he exudes. The food, wine and historical experiences need to be experienced as my words cannot convey them. He is part of our family now and we will not forget this trip of a lifetime.

Amazing Tours! I am a veteran traveler in Italy, my favorite place on earth, and I also speak Italian. I have traveled there countless times, both with and without the benefit of a tour. I had never traveled to the Abruzzo region before and, after considerable research, opted for Fabrizio ‘s tour of Abruzzo and Puglia. It was one of the best trips I have ever taken! Fabrizio’s tour is carefully planned to showcase the region where he grew up with a variety of wonderful culinary and cultural experiences in which he incorporates friends and family, as well as uniquely regional businesses such as bakeries, confetti factory, artisans, and purveyors of traditional goods and products, as well as the breathtaking landscapes and picturesque towns and villages of the region. One comes away with a depth of experience that comes from really having an opportunity, not just to dine and sightsee, but to interact with local people in their homes and workplaces. I also did the Le Marche tour immediately after, and the guides and activities were also phenomenal. Both regions are incredibly beautiful, and more off the beaten tourist track. The small group size is anther big plus. I don’t think you can miss by booking with Italia, Sweet Italia, a sentiment shared by everyone in both tour groups. Fabrizio’s tours are bravissimi!

I cannot thank you enough for this magnificent experience! Everything was simply beautiful and beyond my wildest expectations. How can I return to this mundane routine? If God permits, I will return and dare I dream to make your sweet Italia home? Everyone was so warm and welcoming. Observing the lifestyle has been life changing. The food was incredible. Keep up the good work it will pay off. Thank you and hope to see you soon.
