    The boat was beautiful, the staff and director couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. We had the trip of a lifetime learning so much history of Vietnam and Cambodia and meeting the people. The food was delicious. Exceeded our expectations

    This was the best river cruise we have done. So we'll organised even when it started raining we always got some rain ponchos or ambrelka. If it was very hot we received some fans and after every trip our shoes got cleaned. What a great service. A group of 26people made things very easy and after 2 days we where family

    It's not the operator (Avalon) it is Tour Radar You do less than the bare minimum for the money you charge and hide behind the pitiful excuse that you are a web based platform. Tour Radar agents take days and days to reply even to base enquiries and then don't really give a meaniful reply. Your company fall well below even basic expectations

    • For any tour departing before January 2nd, 2026 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after January 2nd, 2026, a minimum payment of $750 is required to confirm your booking with Avalon Waterways. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 95 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
    • The following cards are accepted for "Avalon Waterways" tours: Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal. TourRadar does NOT charge you an extra fee for using any of these payment methods.
