Your flights need to land by 3:30 pm, and you'll be boarding your suite ship by 5 pm. After getting settled into your cabin, spend some time walking around and familiarizing yourself with the ship's layout. Dinner is served on board this evening.

Nuremberg
You have two options for the day in Nuremberg. Take a guided tour through the medieval old town to see the Gothic cathedral and Kaiserburg Castle, or head to the Nuremberg Rally Grounds to explore that history instead. Either way, the Christmas Markets are open for browsing, and you can grab some bratwurst and gingerbread while you're there. Back on the ship, there's live entertainment before you cruise toward Regensburg.

Later, there's a Christmas Traditions Lecture on board before the ship sails toward Passau.

The Christkindlmarkt near St. Stephen's Cathedral is nearby for browsing. If you're interested, a full-day optional trip to Salzburg lets you see Austrian Christmas traditions up close. Live entertainment happens on board before sailing to Linz and Melk.

Melk to Vienna

You'll arrive in Vienna this evening, and there's an optional Royal Waltz Concert if you want to spend the evening listening to music in an elegant hall.

Schönbrunn Palace, the summer home of the Habsburg Empire, is available as an optional visit before the ship heads to Budapest.
