    You'll arrive in Marseille by 3 pm and head to Arles, boarding the Suite Ship by 5 pm. After settling into your cabin, you'll have dinner on board while the ship stays docked in this charming Provençal town for the night.

    Arles

    This morning in Arles offers three choices: a power walk with your Adventure Host, a painting workshop learning Van Gogh techniques, or a guided walking tour of the Roman Amphitheater. You'll have free time to grab a glass of wine at Le Café Van Gogh before the ship sails toward Avignon.

    We would like to thank our Statesman Attendee that took care of all our needs in our room 107. He was friendly and did an amazing job, Marisio our waiter served us with the highest respect and friendliness. Over all Avalon have very good staff and always a smile- nothing too much trouble. The ship was so clean, food was spectacular. We had a surprise group of singers Gwen and Charles who brought great entertainment. The other entertainer was amazing. Loved the top deck BBQ. We met lots of new friends aboard. Thank you Avalon for a trip well executed.

    ship was excellent, food and drinks were great, adventures perfectly organized,all crew members were extremely friendly and helpful. One person was outstanding and needs to be mentioned: our cruise director GAYLE. She was just outstanding and the best we ever experienced.
