Itinerary
- Day 1
Istanbul
Your guide meets you at Istanbul Airport and arranges transport to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to settle in and explore at your own pace. You might head to Sultanahmet Square to get oriented or find a local spot for some Turkish tea if you're feeling up to it after traveling.

- Day 2
Istanbul to Kusadasi
Start by wandering through the Spice Bazaar, where you'll find fragrant spices, Turkish delights, dried fruits, and teas lining the stalls. Then head to the Rustem Pasha Mosque to see its intricate Iznik tile work. Later this evening, you'll fly to Izmir and transfer to your hotel near Ephesus in Kusadasi.

- Day 3
Kusadasi to Pamukkale
Travel to Pamukkale, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its white travertine terraces and thermal pools. You'll walk barefoot across the terraces and soak in the warm mineral waters. After that, explore Hierapolis, the ancient city sitting above Pamukkale. Check out the Roman theater, walk through the necropolis with its hundreds of tombs, and see the ruins of the old Roman baths.

Pamukkale to Cappadocia
This day focuses on Ephesus, one of the best-preserved Roman cities around. The Library of Celsus is a main highlight, and you'll walk through the Great Theatre that once seated 25,000 people. Stroll the Marble Streets past temple ruins and bath remains, then visit the House of the Virgin Mary, an important pilgrimage location. The Temple of Artemis ruins are also on the itinerary - it was one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Grab traditional Turkish lunch, then fly to Kayseri and head to your hotel near Cappadocia.

Cappadocia
After breakfast, you'll explore Cappadocia's unique rock formations and landscape. Head up to Uchisar Castle for views across the region, then check out the Goreme Open-Air Museum with its rock-cut churches and frescoes. Walk through Pasabag (Monks Valley) to see the famous fairy chimneys up close. Avanos comes next, a town where you can see traditional pottery-making in action. Lunch happens in a local cave restaurant, where you'll try traditional Cappadocian food.

Cappadocia
The South Cappadocia tour takes you deeper into the region's history and landscape. You'll descend into an underground city like Kaymakli or Derinkuyu, which early Christians used as shelter. After that, hike through the Red and Rose Valleys with their dramatic rock formations and hidden churches. Stop at Cavusin Village to see ancient rock-cut houses and churches carved into the cliffs. Pigeon Valley offers scenic views of dovecotes built into the rock face. By evening, you'll fly back to Istanbul and settle into your hotel.
