- JSJeffrey· April 7th, 2025I travelled with seven other people on the tour of the five "-Stans". (Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrkystan, Turministan and Tajikistan). Pilgrim travel and Tour Radar did an excellent job of organizing the trip. Because we travelled to five different countries, it required organizing eight different guides and eight different drivers but every driver and every guide was available at the correct time and each was professoinal in their own way. As always, some guides were better than others but none were bad. The only negative thing i might say about this trip is that not every day was full, there were many days where we only spent part of the day on a tour yet we changed hotels nearly every day. So there were several instances where we had to check out of our hotel, store our luggage, spend a few hours on a tour, then have six or more hours of free time without a hotel room available to us to freshen up or relax before moving on to our next stop. Having a place to "anchor" during long periods of free time would have been nice.Show more
