Asked on June 15th, 2024Is it possible to pay extra for a private tour to the 5 Stans with fewer days and more down time? I read the review about touring all day and this sounds exhausting. I don't mind paying extra for a tour that is a better fit.

Would 25 August be a suitable time to start our journey?

1. In regard to gluten free meals, we are not guaranteeing special gluten free meals, what we can guarantee to provide to you, is a variety of vegetables, salads, nuts, dry fruit, fresh fruit, dairy and selection of meats, grilled, baked, kabobs, soups, etc. 2. Price of the price tour would be extra $1000 per person; you will have your own guide and transportation. 3. We are using 4 and 5 star hotels in capitals, in smaller cities we're using best available hotels, such as boutique style hotels, all of high standards. 4. I would have to say end of August would be the date I choose if I went on this trip with you. It is the best time of the year for this tour.

We are quite puzzled by the fact, that whereas your proposal ends up to a total price of 7995 US dollars per person, excluding the flights from Nice to Almaty and from Tashkent to Nice coming home, on the website of Tourradar's of today we find a total price for almost the same tour of 3602 US dollars per person, which is less than half the price you are proposing to us. 2. What travel and sickness insurance you would advise us to take for this journey and how much this would cost us? 3. In view of the fact, that my wife is gluten free and that there will not always be gluten free bread and pasta available, will there always be someone, who can assist her in this respect? 4. Will we always be accompanied by a guide? 5. Have we correctly understood, that we will always be staying in 3, 4 or 5 star hotels? 6. Are there any shows during our journey, that we must book before the Atari of the journey? 7. If we book the journey, in what instalments should we pay for our journey?

1. Our profit on the tour is less than 10% and we do a lot of work in a big team to organize this tour. So when I see someone offering same tour at $3602 it makes me wonder just as much as you. 2. So far we never had anyone getting seriously ill on the tour, and we usually recommend the most basic cancelation and interruption insurance plan, just to cover you in case if you don't make it to start the tour. 3. There will not be gluten free bread and pasta options at all, they are not known of in this part of the world. And absolutely, we'll do best we can to make sure she is having quality and nutritious meals every day, the guide will assist at all time. Veggies, fruits, dairy, meats, naturally gluten free grains, etc. 4. Yes the guide will always be with you. The guides are escorting the tour. 5. We are using high quality of everything. Some hotels are 200-300 per night. Some are best of what there is available. 6. Yes, there will be several shows on this tour, folk performances during dinner. 7. The deposit due is 1000 per person, remaining balance is due 60 days before tour starts.

In regard to vegetarian meals, while there are no special restaurants for vegetarian there is always plenty to choose from on the menu. Our vegetarian tourists are left happy and satisfied.
