- Day 1
Hotel to Tarangire
After breakfast, you'll head from your hotel on a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. The dry season brings excellent wildlife viewing here, especially elephants, though you'll also spot zebras, buffalo, oryxes, and lions roaming around. Birdwatchers will find over 500 species to identify. By evening you'll reach the campsite for dinner and settle in for the night.

Tarangire to Serengeti
Following breakfast, you'll climb into an open-roof 4WD and start heading toward the Serengeti's endless plains. This UNESCO World Heritage Site hosts remarkable wildlife diversity, and the drive takes most of the day. You'll arrive in the afternoon, have dinner at the campsite, and prepare for more game viewing tomorrow.

Landmarks Serengeti National Park - Day 3
Serengeti
Early morning brings a game drive along the Sogore River circuit south of Seronera River, where lions, gazelles, topi, ostriches, and cheetahs come into view. Next you'll visit the Visitor Center to check out wildlife displays and browse the gift shop. The afternoon involves following the Kopjes circuit to spot more lions and large cobras. You'll end the day at Simba Campsite with dinner and overnight.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro to Arusha
You'll drive to Ngorongoro Crater and make your way down 600 meters to the crater floor. Grazing mammals fill the landscape, and you'll likely see lions hunting across the terrain. After lunch, the drive to Arusha takes about 2 hours. You'll stay overnight at Arusha Gate away Lodge, with room to upgrade if that interests you.

Landmarks Ngorongoro Crater - Day 5
Materuni Village and Kikuletwa Hot Springs
Following breakfast, a 2-hour drive gets you to Materuni Village near Kilimanjaro Mountain's boundary. From there, you'll hike to the local waterfalls, have a local lunch buffet, and learn about Chagga history and coffee farming. Later, you'll drive an hour to Kikuletwa hot springs for rest and relaxation. From there you'll either head to the airport or continue to Arusha depending on your next plans.
