- Day 1
Paris
You'll arrive in Paris and check into your hotel in the 8th Arrondissement. This neighborhood is known for its wide boulevards, theaters including the Palais Garnier opera house, and grand Belle Epoque department stores. Get settled in and take some time to orient yourself to the area.

- Day 2
Paris
Start with a pain au chocolat and café au lait. You can choose between a panoramic city tour hitting Paris's famous sites or heading to Montmartre to soak in the Bohemian vibe. In the afternoon, check out the Louvre or Musée d'Orsay, browse designer boutiques or vintage shops, sample patisseries and bistros, or pack a picnic for one of the city's parks.

Paris to Bordeaux
After breakfast, you'll board a high-speed train to Bordeaux. Once onboard the Scenic Diamond, the crew welcomes you and you'll settle in for your 7-night cruise along the Bordeaux region waterways.

Libourne
You'll cruise into Libourne, a 13th-century port. Spend time on the Sun Deck or join an optional French cooking class. Then head to Saint-Émilion, a medieval World Heritage village with famous wineries. Explore the caves and catacombs, including a Monolithic church carved from limestone with a 38-metre bell tower. Return to Libourne for the night.

Grab lunch back on the ship and relax in the afternoon before sailing toward Blaye.

Choose a walking tour of Cadillac and its 16th-century Château de Cadillac, head to Sauternes for wine tasting, or take an e-bike tour through rolling vineyards to a Grand Cru estate. Head back onboard for evening entertainment.
