Itinerary
- Day 1
Luxor
You'll arrive at Luxor Airport and get picked up for the transfer to your 5-star Nile cruise ship. After you check in and get settled into your cabin, your tour guide will walk you through what to expect during the cruise. This afternoon you'll head out to see Karnak Temple Complex and Luxor Temple on the East Bank, both major ancient Egyptian sites with plenty to take in.

Luxor West Bank to Edfu
If you're interested, there's an optional sunrise hot air balloon trip over the West Bank early this morning (costs extra). Later you'll explore the West Bank to see the Valley of the Kings, Temple of Hatshepsut, and Colossi of Memnon. You'll head back to the ship for lunch, and then the boat sails south toward Edfu for the afternoon.

Kom Ombo - Aswan
You'll arrive in Edfu early in the morning and have breakfast before taking a traditional horse carriage to Edfu Temple. The ship then continues sailing, reaching Kom Ombo around 4 pm/16°C. You'll visit Kom Ombo Temple and check out the mummified crocodile museum there. After that, the cruise keeps moving toward Aswan through the evening.

Aswan
This is your first full day in Aswan. After breakfast, you and your guide will start exploring the area by taking a motorboat trip out to Philae Island to see the Temple of Philae. From there you'll visit the Unfinished Obelisk in the quarry and then head to the Aswan High Dam to wrap up the day's activities.

Aswan Departure
There's an optional morning tour to Abu Simbel Temples if you want to see King Ramesses II's and Queen Nefertari's two major temples, though this wraps up around 1 pm. You'll head back to the cruise ship to check out, then transfer to Aswan Airport or wherever you're heading next to start your trip home.
