Although your tour had already ended with us, we tried, but the ship was unavailable that day. We offered you a free hotel reservation to spend the time until your flight, but you declined. We would also like to confirm that our team did their best to make your trip satisfactory, but your issue was outside the scope of the tour. There was no negligence on the part of the team.
