- Day 1
Guayaquil
You'll arrive in Guayaquil and clear customs, then a representative meets you for the drive to your hotel. Plan to settle in for the evening after your flight.

Santa Cruz
Head to Guayaquil Airport early for your 1-hour flight to Baltra Airport in the Galapagos. After you clear customs and meet your naturalist guide, you'll drive to the Santa Cruz highlands to visit the Giant Tortoises Ranch and walk through the Lava Tunnel. Later you'll head to Puerto Ayora and check into your hotel for the night.

- Day 3
Puerto Ayora
This morning is yours to relax, meditate, or wander around on your own. In the afternoon, pick one guided activity: Las Grietas and Alemanes Beach via water taxi, Tortuga Bay with kayaking (4-hour hike), La Playa de la Estacion and Darwin Research Station within walking distance, or El Garrapatero Beach about 40 minutes away.

- Day 4
Bartolomé Island Yacht Excursion
You'll leave early by bus to Itabaca Canal and board a yacht for a full day on the water. The itinerary includes sightseeing, hiking, snorkeling with gear provided, and lunch on board. You'll see Bartolome Island with its distinctive Pinnacle Rock, volcanic landscapes, and possibly Galapagos penguins. Back in Puerto Ayora by evening for your last night.

- Day 5
Tintoreras and La Calera Snorkel
Take a public speedboat to Isabela Island, then visit Tintoreras islet to watch marine iguanas, sea lions, blue-footed boobies, friggate birds, and potentially penguins or reef sharks. After that you'll snorkel at La Calera where you can swim with marine iguanas, sea turtles, sea lions, and colorful fish. The afternoon is free to relax on the beach, catch the sunset, or walk the wetlands.

- Day 6
Isabela Island
The morning gives you time to relax, meditate, or explore at your own pace. In the afternoon, choose one guided activity: the Tortoise Breeding Center and Wetlands with transportation and a medium walk, Sierra Negra Volcano with a half-day tour and 4-hour hike, or Cocha Perla with snorkeling accessible by taxi.

- Day 7
Túneles and Bike Tour
Start with a bike tour to the Tortoise Breeding Center and wetlands where you'll spot flamingos, finches, and marine iguanas. At 11:30 am you'll board a speedboat for the 1-hour journey to Tuneles on Isabela's southwestern side. Along the way you'll see volcanoes including Cerro Azul and Union Rock. You'll explore lava formations and look for nesting boobies, pelicans, and friggate birds. After a typical lunch on board, you'll snorkel in an area with sea turtles, seahorses, marine iguanas, and sea lions before heading back to town.
