We expected to visit a Tuli home and stay one night, we wanted to see the caves and experience them we expected to see actual artisans making pasta, olive oil and cheese. Our guide was eager to show Churches and squares that sold cheep souvenirs. We are elderly and we're treated a burden we paid for several tours ourselves because the terrain was too difficult for us to navigate A email was sent stating we were abusive and threatened to remove from the tour Never spoke to us just threatened us. We did tell her she was being disrespectful . This came from Carmela at from Carrani Tours. The guides at the other venues were very good. The hotel personnel were incredible We connected with another couple and contracted a boat ride was a highlight as was the two farm to table meals. The tour had total seven participants This was our 53 wedding anniversary which we spent in our room because we physically unable to climb steep stairs or terrains I'm being generous giving a okay The best part of the trip was the other tourists on the trip We have traveled extensively this rates on the bottom.Show more
