- Day 1
Nairobi to Masai Mara
Your safari starts in Nairobi and then you'll drive through the Great Rift Valley toward Masai Mara National Reserve. Along the way, you'll pass traditional Maasai villages and see rolling landscapes. Once you arrive, there's time for your first game drive where you might spot elephants, giraffes, lions, or if you're lucky, a leopard. By evening you'll settle into camp and enjoy the African night.

Masai Mara
This is a full day dedicated to wildlife in Masai Mara. From sunrise through sunset, you'll explore the open savannah looking for the Big Five and watching the variety of birds. If you're visiting during migration season, there's a chance you'll see wildebeest crossing the river. Your guide will work to find wildlife throughout the day and create memorable moments.

Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru
After breakfast, you'll head north from Masai Mara toward Lake Nakuru, a soda lake in the Great Rift Valley. The lake gets called the 'pink lake' because of its flamingo populations, and you'll also see rhinos, zebras, and Rothschild's giraffes. An afternoon game drive takes you through acacia forests and rocky escarpments as you explore the landscape.

Lake Nakuru to Amboseli
This morning you'll depart for Amboseli National Park, traveling through farmlands and semi-arid plains. Along the route, you'll catch glimpses of Kenyan village life. As you enter Amboseli, you'll see Mount Kilimanjaro rising in the distance and wildlife scattered across the dramatic terrain. The park's iconic backdrop of Africa's tallest peak frames everything.

- Day 5
Amboseli
Start early for a full day exploring Amboseli's open plains and swamps. You'll encounter elephants, buffaloes, lions, cheetahs, and various birds while Mount Kilimanjaro towers in the background. Multiple game drives throughout the day let you see different parts of the park and experience the peaceful feeling that comes with classic African safari landscapes.

Amboseli to Nairobi
After a relaxed breakfast and a short game drive this morning, you'll head back to Nairobi. During the drive, you'll take in final views of Kenya's scenery and have time to reflect on your safari. Once you arrive in Nairobi, you can either connect with onward travel or catch an evening flight depending on your schedule.
