I can’t stop recommending Pam Tours and Travel! Sammy, was so knowledgeable and easygoing that every drive felt like a learning experience.
The safari van was comfortable, clean, and equipped with binoculars and cold water. Meals along the way were satisfying, and lodges offered peaceful environments with beautiful views.
What stood out most was the overall organization and the incredible number of animals we saw. Considering everything included, the trip was excellent value for money — a true investment in unforgettable memories.

Pam Tours and Travel gave us more than just a trip — it was an experience filled with heart and humanity. Zack made sure we didn’t just see animals but understood their importance in the ecosystem.
The vehicle was reliable and clean, with plenty of space to relax. Lodges were charming, with kind staff and great meals every day.
Everything was timed perfectly, and we never felt rushed. The cost was fair, considering how much was included. This company truly cares about its guests and the wildlife they show.

Pam Tours and Travel gave us a honeymoon that was both romantic and adventurous. Meta, our guide, ensured our trip was stress-free and full of beautiful surprises.
The roads were long, but the transport was smooth and comfortable. Each lodge had a touch of romance — candlelit dinners, flower petals on the bed, and stunning sunset views.
The meals were fresh, creative, and full of local flavor. We saw elephants, giraffes, and lions up close — pure magic. The package price was very fair for such personalized service. We’ll always cherish this perfect start to our marriage.

We traveled with two kids under ten, and Pam Tours and Travel made sure everyone had an amazing time.
Zack was wonderful with the children, explaining animal behavior in fun ways and keeping them entertained during long drives.
The vehicle had enough space for all of us and our luggage, and the seats were super comfortable. The lodges were family-friendly with great food options for picky eaters. Every meal felt homemade, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. For a family trip, the price was reasonable, and the memories — priceless.

All in all, it was a good trip. However, our driver was very taciturn. We received little to no information about the animals or the rest of the trip. The itinerary was changed several times, which wasn't a problem in principle, but the information was lacking. He sometimes drove very aggressively towards the animals, which frightened and startled them. The accommodation was ok, as was the food. Overall, we saw a lot of the country and were taken from A to B. I can only recommend it to a limited extent, it depends very much on the motivation of the guide.
The group was pleasant.

We surprised my parents with a safari for their 50th anniversary. Pam Tours and Travels, arranged a private tented camp, a Maasai dance performance, and champagne at sunset. They were touched.

Local tours and travel companies are the best when it comes to safaris. Pam Tours and Travel perfectly fits this bill. We especially loved their tour guide's, Zack and Jackson's, phenomenal knowledge of the regions, people, and wildlife. I would recommend them again to anyone looking for a thrilling safari.

Just finished an incredible 7-day safari with Pam tours and travel—what an experience! We explored Maasai Mara, Ol pejeta, and Amboseli, and each destination had something special.
From watching a lion hunt at sunrise to seeing flamingos, rhinos, and elephants with Mt. Kilimanjaro in the background—it was like living in a wildlife documentary! Our guide was fantastic, and everything ran so smoothly.

7 Days Jambo Kenya Budget Jeep Safari - Masai Mara, Nakuru, Hell's Gate, and Amboseli Safari with Pam Tours and Travel
I recently had the pleasure of going on a 7-day budget jeep safari with Pam Tours and Travel, covering some of Kenya’s most iconic national parks: Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Hell's Gate, and Amboseli. The experience was unforgettable, and I couldn't have asked for a better safari adventure.
From the very beginning, the communication with the team was excellent. Alex, the office manager, was always responsive and provided instant answers to any questions I had. His attention to detail and organization made the planning process seamless.
Our guide, John, was exceptional throughout the entire journey. His knowledge of the wildlife and the parks was impressive, and his passion for conservation and nature made the safari even more enjoyable. John ensured we got the best possible views of the animals and was always patient, allowing us to take in the beauty of the landscapes and animals at our own pace.
The accommodations during the safari were also top-notch for a budget option. The camps were clean, comfortable, and provided a wonderful base to relax after a day of adventure. The meals were delicious, and the staff at each camp were friendly and accommodating.
As for the safari itself, we had the privilege of seeing all of the Big Five: lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and rhinos. It was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience to see these incredible animals in their natural habitat. Masai Mara offered some of the most spectacular wildlife sightings, and Amboseli provided stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro in the background.
In addition to the Big Five, we also got to experience the beauty of Hell's Gate National Park with its dramatic landscapes and geothermal activity, and Lake Nakuru, famous for its flamingos and rich birdlife.
Overall, this safari was an amazing adventure, and I highly recommend Pam Tours and Travel for anyone looking for an affordable and memorable safari experience in Kenya. From the smooth booking process to the fantastic guide and clean accommodations, this tour exceeded my expectations in every way.

The guide was very good, the vehicle was not. We were expecting a jeep but instead were travelling long distances on very bad roads in an older 8 passenger van with no suspension and smelled badly of Deisel . The Itinerary changed as new people joined the group and others left so we were not the same group the whole week. They did not have enough vehicles and drivers to accommodate the different locations which caused delays and hours waiting. Communication was very poor with Tour company and Client and options for accommodations were not specified in advance. We could not communicate directly with the tour company to ask questions prior to booking .
