Casablanca to Rabat
Your guide meets you when you arrive in Casablanca, Morocco's largest city and economic hub. You'll head to the Hassan II Mosque, where the grounds offer views of the Atlantic Ocean and the famous minaret overlooking the water. After that, you drive to Rabat to see the Royal Palace and Mohammed V Mausoleum before settling into your riad for the night.

Rabat to Asilah to Chefchaouen
The drive takes you first to Asilah, where you can walk around the 15th-century Portuguese ramparts and gates while checking out local artwork. From there, you head into the Rif Mountains toward Chefchaouen, the blue-painted town you've likely seen in photos. Once you arrive, you'll wander the medina's blue and white streets, look through craft markets, and have dinner with wine and tagine on a rooftop terrace by evening.

- Day 3
Chefchaouen to Volubilis to Meknes to Fes
After breakfast, you'll visit Volubilis, the ancient Roman ruins and UNESCO site with well-kept mosaics showing Morocco's history. Then you continue to Meknes to see the imperial Bab Mansour gate and the old medina. By late afternoon you reach Fes for check-in, dinner, and your overnight stay.

Fes
Following breakfast, a local guide takes you through Fes medina's famous network of alleys where donkeys and mules still transport goods. You'll walk through the fragrant souks filled with spices and perfumes, then visit the historic leather tanneries where craftspeople work using techniques unchanged for centuries. Dinner happens at a local restaurant in the medina, and you stay overnight in the area.

Fes to Ifrane to Merzouga
You leave Fes and drive to Ifrane, an alpine town with red-roofed houses and neat streets sometimes called the 'Switzerland of Morocco'. Traveling through cork oak and cedar forests with Atlas Mountain views, you stop in Midelt for lunch looking out at the High Atlas peaks. After that, you cross into the desert through the Ziz Valley oasis heading to Merzouga. By sunset you'll ride camels across the Erg Chebbi dunes to a Berber camp for dinner, stargazing, traditional music, and overnight in a luxury tent.

- Day 6
Merzouga to Todra Gorges to Dades Valley
This morning you wake early to watch sunrise over the dunes and can try sand-boarding if interested. After breakfast and cleaning up, you'll choose between a camel or 4WD vehicle to leave the desert. You visit Rissani's authentic souk, then head to Tinejdad for lunch with a local family in the ancient Ksar El Khorbat. Later you drive to Todra Gorges to explore the 300-meter-high orange limestone walls and river. The day ends in the Dades Valley ('Valley of 1000 Kasbahs') where you watch the sunset glow over the rock formations before dinner and overnight.

After breakfast you drive through charming villages with Atlas views and stop to have tea with Berber nomads in their caves. The route passes through the Valley of the Roses before reaching Ouarzazate, nicknamed 'Hollywood of Morocco'. You'll see the Taourirt Kasbah and cinematographic museum, then visit the UNESCO Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, which appeared in films like Gladiator. You can explore the ruins and climb up for panoramic views while chatting with locals. Later you cross the High Atlas over the Tizi n'Tichka Pass with dramatic views, passing Berber villages before arriving in Marrakech by late afternoon.

During the afternoon, you can explore the busy souks near Djemaa el Fna Square, practice bargaining, or sit at a rooftop cafe with fresh orange juice and views of the square.
