Asked on February 22nd, 2024Is it possible to spend 2 more days and travel out in the desert further to visit more Himba people. I have worked in Africa and am very interested in tribal people and their culture in general. Could 2 extra days be added in somewhere on this great tour.
- G
Gary
Traveler•Written February 2024But can you not add 2 days before the start or after the end of the tour, that would not have any negative effect on the schedule?
- World Adventure ToursOperator•Written February 2024
Although our tour operates on a fixed schedule, it is possible to add extra days either before or after the safari. These additional days cannot be included within the scheduled 12-day plan. Regarding the extra days, in addition to visiting the Himba people, are there any other activities you would be interested in for the day trips?
- World Adventure ToursOperator•Written February 2024
Regarding the possibility of extending the stay for two days either before or after the tour starting on 7th September, that can be arranged. The accommodation cost at Chameleon Backpackers is $50 per night, per person, should you wish to book there.
