Itinerary
- Day 1
Airport/Hotel to Nakuru
You'll get picked up from the airport or hotel and head through the Great Rift Valley toward Nakuru. The drive itself is scenic, and you'll start spotting wildlife pretty quickly. By mid-morning you'll be out on your first game drive where flamingos gather along the lake, and if you're lucky, you might see black and white rhinos, Rothschild giraffes, buffaloes, and leopards. Lunch happens back at the lodge around midday, giving you time to rest before heading back out if energy permits. Dinner and your first night are at a luxury lodge on the property.

- Day 2
Nakuru to Masai Mara
After breakfast, you'll drive to Masai Mara by way of Narok, which takes a few hours but the landscape changes as you get closer. You'll arrive around lunch time, grab a meal at the lodge, and then head straight into an afternoon game drive. Lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, rhinos, and giraffes are all possible sightings depending on the day and where your guide takes you. Back to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

- Day 3
Masai Mara
After breakfast, you're out for the entire day on a game drive with a picnic lunch set up by the Mara River. This full day approach gives you way more time to track animals and increases your chances of seeing the Big Five, plus hippos, crocodiles, and if timing works out, the wildebeest migration. The river itself is worth watching since that's where the action often happens. You'll head back to the lodge for dinner and the night.

Masai Mara to Nairobi
After breakfast you'll drive back toward Nairobi, retracing your route out of Masai Mara. The drive takes several hours, so plan for that travel time. Once you reach Nairobi, you'll either go to your hotel or head directly to the airport depending on your flight schedule. Tour services end here.
